Chicken Parmesan Sliders Ingredients
When you make these chicken parmesan sliders you will need pull apart dinner rolls, mozzarella cheese, fried chicken strips, marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and chopped parsley.
How Do You Make Chicken Parmesan Sliders?
When you make this chicken parmesan slider recipe first heat up your fried chicken strips according to package instructions. Next place your dinner rolls on a sheet pan or baking dish and cut them across so you can build your sandwiches. Place the cooked chicken strips on the rolls and spread marinara sauce over the chicken fingers. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on the chicken. Place the top of the rolls on the chicken. Mix together in a small bowl melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder and chopped parsley. Brush the tops of the sliders with the garlic butter sauce. Bake the sandwiches until the cheese melts and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Enjoy those cheesy and crispy sandwiches!
Tips For The Perfect Chicken Parmesan Sliders
- I like to shred my own mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese to avoid anti-caking agents found in some of the pre-shredded bags of cheese. In a pinch, the pre-shredded cheese will work, it just may not melt very well.
- If you have extra time before you make chicken parmesan sliders, you can bake up your own fresh dinner rolls.
- You can purchase marinara sauce at the store or make your own marinara sauce.
- I often purchase precooked fried chicken tenders for convenience; however, you can make your own homemade chicken fingers, baked chicken tenders or air fryer chicken tenders.
Quick Tip
For a smaller portion you can make these chicken parm sliders in a toaster oven.

While these sliders are delicious as-is, you can modify the recipe to suit your own taste.

- Breading: If you don’t like breaded chicken tenders, you could make your own baked or grilled chicken tenders without breading and use them in these sandwiches.
