Vodka Punch Ingredients
To make this cocktail recipe, you will need red fruit punch, pineapple juice, orange juice, fresh lime juice, vodka and lemon lime soda. You can garnish the drink with assorted fruit such as pineapple, lime slices, orange slices and maraschino cherries, as well as fresh mint.
How Do You Make Vodka Punch?
Pour the fruit punch, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and vodka into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir to combine, then chill the mixture for at least one hour to let the flavors blend. Add the lemon lime soda, then garnish with fresh fruit and mint.
Tips For The Perfect Drink
- Choose your favorite red fruit punch. Some great options include red Hawaiian punch, Minute Maid fruit punch or Simply fruit punch. I typically choose the refrigerated Minute Maid or Simply brands because they have a lighter, fresher flavor.
- I prefer to use refrigerated fresh pineapple and orange juice, as well as freshly squeezed lime juice for optimal results.
- You can store the mixture of vodka and juices in the fridge for up to 3 days before you plan to serve it. Add the lemon lime soda right before serving.
- Choose a high quality vodka such as Grey Goose, Ketel One, Tito’s or Absolut.
- Lime slices, orange slices and mint will float in a pitcher or punch bowl. Pineapple rings and cherries look beautiful, but they do sink. If you want to float pineapple and cherries in your punch bowl, add some ice, as the ice will float and help keep all the fruit at the surface.
Quick Tip
The fruit garnishes are optional, but I typically include them because they add flavor, color and texture to the drink.

Flavor Variations
This vodka party punch recipe is fabulous as-is, but there’s room to experiment and change some of the ingredients to suit your taste.
- Juice: You can use other types of juice such as cranberry juice cocktail, grapefruit juice, lemonade, cherry juice or pomegranate juice.
- Alcohol: Swap out the vodka for white rum or tequila blanco. You can also use a flavored vodka like citrus vodka, or try adding a splash of orange liqueur.
- Soda: Instead of lemon lime soda, try ginger ale or an unsweetened sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnishes: Feel free to add other garnishes such as mint sprigs or berries.
Everyone will be sure to love this vodka punch – and no one needs to know how easy it is to make!
