Hello everyone, and welcome to the latest edition of Easy Meal Plan Sunday! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend – we went to the most amazing Star Wars birthday party! This week is shaping up to be a busy one – we’re counting down to my daughter’s 3rd birthday party next Saturday, and I have a LOT of party preparation that still needs to be done.
