Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups peach nectar
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • fresh peaches and mint sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Place the peach nectar, banana, frozen peaches, frozen mango and Greek yogurt in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh peaches and mint sprigs if desired.

Notes

  1. Don't be tempted to use room temperature peaches and mangoes in this drink. The frozen fruit is what helps to thicken the smoothie. If you have fresh peaches on hand to use, slice and freeze them first.
  2. This drink is best when served immediately. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for one day, but the mixture may separate. Stir any leftovers well before use.
