Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 cups apple juice or apple cider
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • Optional garnishes such as cinnamon sticks, star anise, orange slices, apple slices and cranberries.

Instructions

  • Pour the cranberry juice cocktail into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Add the orange juice and apple juice, then stir to combine.
  • Pour in the ginger ale and stir once more.
  • If you'd like to add garnishes, you can add cinnamon sticks, orange slices, apple slices, cranberries and star anise.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. I use cranberry juice cocktail in this recipe. Do not use 100% cranberry juice as it is very tart and the punch will not be sweet enough.
  2. Apple cider and apple juice both work well in this punch. Apple cider often contains spices such as cinnamon. If you’re using apple juice, look for a high quality unfiltered apple juice for the most flavor.
  3. This punch is best when served immediately, as the ginger ale will go flat over time as it sits.
