Ingredients

  • 6 spears of peeled and cored pineapple
  • 6 spears of peeled and seeded mango
  • 6 spears of peeled and seeded papaya
  • 6 spears of peeled watermelon
  • 6 spears of peeled English cucumber
  • 6 spears of peeled jicama
  • 6 lime wedges
  • 2-3 teaspoons chili lime seasoning

Instructions

  • Place one of each type of fruit and vegetable into 6 cups.
  • Add a lime wedge to each cup.
  • Sprinkle chili lime seasoning to taste over each cup, then serve.

Notes

  1. Look for firm, but ripe, mangoes and papayas. If the fruit is too soft it will be difficult to cut into spears.
  2. Chili lime seasoning can be found at most grocery stores in the ethnic foods aisle. The most popular brand is Tajin, but I also like the Trader Joe's
