1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 2/3 cup buttermilk 1 tablespoon shallot finely minced 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2/3 cup blue cheese crumbled 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Use right away, or transfer to an airtight container or jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
