Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted dippers such as berries, bananas, pound cake, pretzels and cookies

Instructions

  • Heat the heavy cream in a pan over medium heat until hot, there should be bubbles around the sides of the pan. Do not boil.
  • Add the chocolate to the pan. Turn off the heat. Whisk until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract. Serve immediately with dippers.
