1 1/2 cups apple juice 1 1/2 bananas 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt fresh fruit and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Place the apple juice, bananas, frozen strawberries and vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve, garnished with fruit and mint sprigs if desired.
