  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons fresh ginger finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

  • If you're using a jar, put a lid on the jar and shake well.
  • Use right away, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes

  1. Hoisin sauce is a sweet and savory Asian condiment that adds a lot of flavor to the dressing. It can be found in the international foods aisle of almost all grocery stores.
  2. You can use a box grater or microplane to finely grate your ginger, don't forget to peel it first!
  3. This dressing will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
