Air Fryer Pork Chops

These air fryer pork chops are coated in a homemade spice rub, then air fried until golden brown and tender. A fast and easy way to make juicy and flavorful pork chops, each and every time!

Ingredients

  • 4 bone in pork chops 6-8 ounces each
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Add the brown sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and sweet paprika to a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Brush the butter all over both sides of the pork chops.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the pork.
  • Place the chops in a single layer in the air fryer. You may need to work in batches if they don't all fit. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until a thermometer inserted into a pork chop registers 145 degrees F.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
