Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container or jar. Store in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
