4 cups cooked turkey diced 1/2 cup celery finely chopped 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon sugar salt and pepper to taste
Place the turkey in a large bowl.
Add the celery, red onion and parsley to the bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat, then serve.
