This steak seasoning is a savory blend of herbs and spices, all mixed together to form the ultimate spice mix. This steak rub works well on all cuts of beef, and can also be used to season chicken, fish and pork with great results.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together. Stir in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • Steak seasoning keeps for up to 6 months in an airtight container when stored in a cool, dry place.
