Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced roma tomatoes cored and seeded
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno seeds and ribs removed, then minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • the juice of one lime
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
