Waffle Fry Nachos

Waffle fries are smothered with nacho toppings for a unique and delicious appetizer, snack or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 20 ounce bag of Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup prepared fresh pico de gallo excess liquid drained off
  • 1 medium avocado peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  • Place the waffle fries in a single layer on the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the waffle fries with cheese. Place the pan back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Take the pan out of the oven and transfer the fries to a serving plate. Top with pico de gallo, avocado, olives and sour cream. Serve immediately.
