Tips For The Perfect Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

  • You can use coconut milk or almond milk for this recipe, whichever you prefer.
  • I typically use my blender at a high setting to puree the pineapple and banana chunks. However, if you want a thicker smoothie with some fruit chunks, you can pulse your blender until you reach your desired consistency.
  • If you want a thinner smoothie, feel free to add a little extra coconut milk.
  • If you want to serve a fun drink, place a wedge of pineapple on the rim of your glass and add a cocktail umbrella.

Quick Tip

Using a frozen banana instead of a fresh banana will make your drink thicker.
